Radiator installation in Coventry, from swapping a tired old radiator to adding one in a cold room or fitting a tall designer model. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation quote.
A radiator needs to give out enough heat for the room, which depends on its size, the windows and how well it's insulated. Too small and the room never warms up properly. We work out the heat output you need before you choose a style.
Swapping a radiator for one the same size usually means using the existing pipes. Moving it or fitting a different shape, such as a tall vertical radiator, means altering the pipework, which takes longer. We'll tell you which applies before we quote for the job.
Standard panel radiators are the simplest and best value. Column radiators suit older homes, tall vertical radiators save wall space, and towel radiators work well in bathrooms. We can fit thermostatic valves on most, so you can set the temperature room by room.
We visit to look at the room, the pipework and where you'd like the radiator. Then we recommend a size and style that will heat the space, and give you a free quote that covers the fitting and any changes to the pipes.
On the day, we drain down the system, remove the old radiator, fit the new brackets and connect the valves. Then we refill, bleed the air out, check for leaks and balance the system so the new radiator heats up evenly with the rest.
Tell us about the leak, fault or project. We aim to respond the same day, and there's no call-out charge.
We look at the job in person and give you a free, no-obligation quote before any work starts.
We finish the job, test everything we have fitted and certify the work before we hand it back to you.
Yes. Moving a radiator means extending or rerouting the pipes, usually under the floor, and making good where the old one was. It takes longer than a straight swap, but it can free up a lot of space. We'll look at the room and quote for it.
Not always. For a straight swap, we can often isolate the radiator and drain only what's needed. Moving pipes or adding a new radiator usually means draining the system down, which we then refill, bleed and check for leaks afterwards.
If the current one is too small for the room, yes. A radiator with a higher heat output warms the room faster and more evenly. But if the problem is sludge or a poorly balanced system, a new radiator alone won't fix it, so we check that first.
Yes. We fit vertical, column and towel radiators as well as standard panels. Designer radiators can give out less heat for their size, so we check the output will still warm the room before you buy. We also make sure the wall can take the weight of heavier models.
We fit new radiators from our Coventry base across the surrounding villages. Choose your area below.
